Suggest a track
Each participant adds tracks to the queue. Duplicates are merged so the same track doesn't play twice in a row.
Vote and reorder
Participants vote for queued tracks: the most popular ones automatically move up. The host can lock the order if they prefer to stay in control.
Limits and fairness
Per-participant limits keep any one person from hogging the queue. That way everyone gets a fair share of the playlist.
